Creeking Noise When Turning Right

i am have ing a noise when turning right it is a creeking noise like opening a door slowley with a creeking hinge. i have no clue what this is.

Have you ever heard the term"then dont do that"? j/k. I can bet it might have something to do with your steering or suspension. Any other ideas?
