Seriously, has anyone here tried the Xneon Blue Headlights?

looks like every other picture ive seen advertising xenon headlights, im more interested in the push button start they have on that page...........

I agree. I had LOTS of opportunities to buy the cheapy xenon bulbs off of Ebay and in Autozone and Walmart, but I've heard stories of burnt harnesses, so I spent a little more and went with the Silverstars.

well i'm not good with wiring and poop, that's why it isnt installed, but the mounting seems easy.

again, it's almost pointless cause the key still has to be in.

i have a nice pair of nokya's blue 9006's. they say it simulates 100W and it max's out at 80w. ive never had any problem with these. and ive had them since early last year. i belive the neat thing about these bulbs are, is that they will max out at 80w but will use what ever watt the car wants to send to them. so they put out 55w. definatly recommend them, i got them from autodirectsave.com and these bulbs say they are 7000k as well.

any bulb with that draws more than the stock 55 or 65 watts will burn your harnesses, i had nokya arctic purple ones and they burnt my harnesses.

Umm, i'm not trying to be an ass here, but you really need to read up a bit more on electrical systems and automotive lighting.


You can't "simulate" higher wattage, and you car doesn't "send" a specific wattage. The bulb will draw whatever wattage is it manufactured to draw, which sounds like 80. Give it enough time and you will have melted harnesses.

take out your headlight bulb and look at your harness....i bet it's melted..you just havn't noticed it because it's plugged into the headlight bulb. I hade some cheap streetglow ones what were 80w...and it toasted my harness..BADLY.
