(im not gonna go driving around shooting peoples front bumpers with fire, for those of you who think i will :P )

I would totally flame the assholes that tailgate me all the way to work. "I don't know officer, must have backfired. He must have been really close to get hit by that tiny flame."

Don't buy an alarm off ebay...mobs did that and wasted money.

if you dont know what your doing with an alarm dont mess with it. get it profesionally installed.. i have installed an alarm in my hoe with keyless entry andd remote start,, and im still trying to figure out why it wont turn on the fuel pump....and there is easily 100 wires you have to wire in...not including finding the wire to tie the alarm wire into is a pita.
dont worry about the flame kit....its easy to make...it just runs off of exhaust fumes and a spark plug with a power line running to a switch. its not the best idea tho...especially at dark. Even if someone does tailgate you and you get a little mad and decide to flame em...the cop could tell right away if you have the kit on or a homemade version either way.

I think i've seen cars that shoot the blue flames. Its alittle more complicated, but if you got that colour theme going i think it would be way cooler. I think it involves a small bottle of propane as well, like off a habachi or camping stove. As far as alarms and starters, i was looking at the new CODE alarm, i think model 640 or something. It has remote start, power windows, 2 way paging and some other shizzle, but the cool part about that alarm was that you could program the various sounds with any mp3's or wav files you want, instead of just the chirps or blips. alot of people say they're the best, only thing is it was $650 canadian installed, plus about $100 for parts and relays. Good luck with the flame thing.

WRONG VERY WRONG. Flame throwers run of from strait GAS what you do is weld a threaded bung into the exhuast tip and try to get a spark plug that is long enough that the tip sits in about the middle of the tip, you hook the spark plug to a Coil that is activated by a switch that same switch shuts of your spark plugs in the motor allowing the fuel to not burn and run out your exhuast when it hits the spark plug it explodes shooting flames out, when you rev the engine while hitting the button thats when you get those nice flames out your exhuast. But there are also bad things about it, the fuel breaks down the oil in the engine and you have to change the oil in your motor more often than just every 3000 miles. And that ladies in gentleman is how it is really done.

yeah i guess i could go for that propane type set up. cause its a blue flame like butane and thats kind what i really wanted, like that mustang on pimp my ride. i didnt really want huge abnormal flames just shooting 15 fteet out. i just wanted somethign that shot like 6 inches and was like a butane lighter. ilike that propane set up. ;) anybody know a good kit to buy?

If you want JUST remote start/keyless entry then get the Viper 160XV from Best Buy it's $199.99 Installed (Plus $49.99 for GM Passlock Bypass Module and $24.99 for that to be installed as well....this part is needed for ANY remote start on Alero's) For alarms, go w/ Viper as well.
I would go w/ the 2nd link for flame kits because the pic from the first one isn't too convincing..lol..http://www.digital-bling.com/images/products_29.jpg  ooooo ahhh...so life-like

Maybe in your opinion dude...but when I was 14 reading the Anarchy Cookbook I did it to a Neon and worked just like it said. People always believe there is just one way of doing things.

That is the way it is done no way around it. I have seen it done I haven't read it in a book or read it online I actaully saw with my own 2 eyes how it is done. There is no way that there is enough unburned fuel/oil in normal exhaust to make a fire. Here is a link to a great Flame Thrower Site they Manufacture and sell kits and plans to make them they have a large FAQ section also that can answer all your questions. GOT FLAMES? (http://www.gotflames.net/)
So you said it turns off the sparkplugs in your motor...so then what you are misfiring or not running your engine at all when you hold the switch?
