That is cool, but very JANK, did you use speaker wire to hook those up? That is what it looks like to me. Not a very good idea if it is, becuase if anyone has ever hooked speaker wire to actual 12v power, those wires will burnout very quickly and start a fire, speaking from experience.

its actually a little different when you are doing it for the LEDs...because it doesnt draw power like things such as an amp.....thats why they burn up...these wires are just as big as almost any DC cord, if not bigger....besides it was the only wire i had...lol works just fine.

they are orange leds yes.....i was pissed cuz i ordered them for blinkers for amber....and when i got them when you look directly at them, they are the same color as red....so i had to order some yellow ones and i have 100 of these orange ones sittin around, so i used them. mainly because i put the red lens on the 3rd brake light, so it didnt matter what color they were.

I had some speaker wire hooked strait to my battery testing some stuff it took about 30 seconds and those wires where smoking. I was lucky my grandfather was standing there and he helped me get the wires unhooked.

Looks great, although i really think the white LED's you had in the reverse tails looked the so far

these are the tails that have the reverse LEDs in the outers.... the funny thing about this 2rd brake light, is that when they are just running, it glows a little bit....lol, i may have to up another resistor on it, but it actually looks pretty sweet the way it....the LED disks in the tails overpower it too much though.

someday my car will be put together, but since i spun a rod bearing again, i figured it would be a good time to get everything fixed.....plus its gettin painted, so i took off the bumper n stuff so it would be easier to paint...
