Another one of my famous stupid questions.

Will stock lugs work on aftermarket rims? I bought Italia Inox rims and its the same bolt pattern, the are just 18'. So...will my stock lugs work?

depends on the rims, but more than likely not. Stock lugs are acorn style meaning they have a tapered face to center the hole up on the lug. Most aftermarket rims use lugs that go all the way through the wheel hole, can't think of what they are called (tuner lugs?). Probably not the best explanation, but I doubt your stock lugs will work. lol I'm sure someone will come along shortly and correct me. :D

put the wheels on and see if you can use the lugz.

tuner:

It'd look something like this with a section that actually goes through the hole in the rim:

When I bought mine they came with the lugs. They have a shank on them

I prefer not to deal with ebay...hate it. Do they sell em at autozone or advanced auto parts?

The problem with ricer lug nutz are they may look good but they only sell them in sets of 4 and Alero's have 5 lugs per wheel so make sure you buy 5 packs of them.

depends how deep the hole is on the rims. My stock ones worked on My eagle 077s, but didn't look as good as chrome ones.

Well I found out that stock lugs will work but they're ugly. So does this mean I have to buy stock lugs or can I still get nice tuner lugs?

And what size do I need?

Arent all threads for lugs the same? the only differences is the size of the lug its self.

So those go right on my stock lugs? Or are they replacements?

These are designed to replace your factory plastic black or grey lug nut covers with shiny chrome covers.

NOTES: A quantity of 1 will give you one set of five individual chrome lug nut covers. If you wish to do the entire car, you will need to change the quantity to 4. These will only work on GM cars equipped with factory lug nuts that has outside threads to accept plastic caps. These are directly OEM lug nut cap replacements.

Theres your answer

Those top acorn are what came with my KMCs and they go all the way in the hole :D but I use a thinwall 13/16 to get em loose so...
