Suddenly while I was driving at low speed my exhaust began making a popping noise and the rpms would get a little eradic, anyone know what might be wrong?

Probable Causes:
1) There could be a vacuum leak.
2) One or more of your fuel injectors could be leaking.
3) There could be a hole or leak in the exhaust.
Found this on www.google.com (http://www.autosite.com/garage/symptoms/s123.asp)

Do you have a stock exhaust? Cause off of us with after market exhausts get that popping everytime I let off the gas at low RPM's, but for me it is cause of the back pressure (or lack there of)

Same thing as ^^^. When I let off the gas, sometimes I do get some popping, but it's because of my missing cat.

well mine does it if i let off the gas before it shifts into the next gear, kinda like while the engine bogs down, otherwise it doesnt do it, only if i accelerate alot then let off before it shifts
