Hey all,
I guess the pcm DOES make a small difference.
My best time before : 15.646
Now I consistantly hit : 15.4
Cold night in the 40's, in Phoenix, AZ

Haha it was a Maxima that was a n00b
He drove past the line up lights and kept driving forward, They had to open his door and show him where to line up..
Cant hate for being a n00b.
But I did beat a mustang, He said "I missed third gear", I replied " Yeah, but I have a f***ing alero"
haha

3rd can be a bitch in Mustangs, but it still is NOT an excuse if you lose....Great job man, I can't wait till I get my headers and TB in the spring!

IMO don't waste your money on headers if you are gonna turbo later, cuz resale is a bitch and you are just gonna take a hit in the wallet......

Yeah a Turbo should come with new Manifolds if you strap a turbo to some headers then your looking for trouble. Good Times though, I have a hard time getting second in my dads dakota especailly when I try to shift it fast.

Good work. You have no catalytic converter?

Daytona:
I have a straight pipe with flanges welded to it, and bolts right up to the flanges I welded in my exhaust.
SO I can swap my cat to the straight pipe for off road use ;)
needless to say that I dont notice any loss due to less exhaust back pressure.

Not having a cat actually helps make the car faster so I'm not surprised that your times are so much better than stock.

What are the typical Stock times?
Thanks!

High to low 16's depending on engine/trans.

Do you run an O2 simulator all the time, even WITH the cat? Or do you just run races without an O2 sensor?
