I seems like in the cooler temps lately, I'll go to start my car early in the mornings and I'll push unlock on the door...give it a couple of minutes and then it will honk and the lights will flash like I'm programing the honk feature instead not having the car honk, you know. Just to let you know that you locked the car.

Anyone been having this problem??? I just thought it was strange. So when it does that I then have to re-activate the feature again and I don't know if it's a problem with the locking sensor or what...you know. Let me know...it's been bothering me why it would do that.

if i remember correctly, there is a setting on your lock system that you can change that the car will relock itself after having the key in it for a certain amount of time or something, id just read your manual and see what it says :smokin:

That sounds weird, I don't know, but ^ seems to know what you're talkin about. You can program the honk feature?? I never saw anything in my manual about that...

I rarely use mine. Just to pop the trunk ;)

Your manual shows how to enable & disable the horn feature. Try disabling it & disconnect the battery for a while then reconnect & enable the horn feature & see if that helps.
