Does anyone know what size the single LED's are from Oznium? and are they a fairly spread out beam or significantly more focused?

i think his are 30 degrees of spread. i've heard of larger, but the only ones i've gotten are from him and they work great for every use i've found.
what are some examples of uses? can i use em to backlight my guages?

they're 5mm with a 30 degree spread, you could use them for your gauges, but you're gonna see some bright spots. the best thing to do is coat them in hot glue with a flat surface to spread the light out.

you can grind the faces of them flat for a more spread out look.....that is what i did...

or you can get inverted cone LED's so it spreads out more. are we talking about the back of the gauge cluster? if so i thought there were only 4 194 bulbs back there? that you could switch to any color you want?

really? so is it ok to replace them with o say some 194 LED's? or is the socket to wounded to have wedge bulbs be put in?

nah the only thing that gets wounded is the bulb, the sockets are fine, i have blue bulbs in mine but with the nrightness of the gauges it kills the light off the needles, i need some like 4 led 194's for it to be bright enough........
