I just got my razzi kit in and was wondering could I and should I put it on myself. Now my grandfather use to own a bodyshop years ago and just retired and is going back into bodywork and says that the kit shouldn't be that hard to put on. Should I trust myself and his help with the kit or just leave it up to the pros?

do it yourself bro, its not that hard especially if your grandpa is going to help.

you gonna shoot it yourself, too? Can't wait to see the finished product man, Good Luck. B) If it's as easy as these guys are saying, and your Grandfather has bodywork experience, I gotta think the install will go pretty smoothly for ya.

Wanna make some bonus points? Keep that digital camera handy, and take lots pics of the process. Keep note of things you did to make the process easier, and things you think might have worked better than what you did. I think a how-to on body kit fitment would be great for the rest of us guys with no experience with body work.

Sounds pretty easy, I say go for it!
The Razzi just goes over the stock bumpers, right?

i think your supposed to pain the kit before its on, im not sure. whats it cost to paint the kit anyways? my brothers friend paints cars for a living, and body work, but i don't even know a ballpark of what it would cost to paint......sucks being broke and taking 21 credits :(

the kit will be painted by my grandpas's friend for next to nothing, so painting is fine and it sounds like the kit won't be that big of challange, thanks for all the replies an definatly taken pics but might be awhile jsut because of christmas and all. Thanks everyone!

What's involved when installing the razzi? Are there any bumper modifications that need doing? Does he have to drill holes or anything?

^ I think you just gotta trim the rear bumper a little, but I'm not totally sure. I thought I read that somewhere. (I don't have the kit, but I think it's because of the exhaust opening)
