Is it doing just the front sway bar or the rear sway bar that creates more oversteer? Anyone know?

From what I've been reading a good setup is front and rear stbs, rear sway bar, good struts, and springs. I think a stiffer front swaybar may promote understeer and would be fun to install. I don't have experiance on the above yet, but soon.
My rsm stbs are ordered and a rear sway bar's next. I'm not going to bother with the front.

From what I have read which ever one you do first makes the most difference and you harldy notice the other when you do it.

rear sway bar gives you more oversteer, which we need because we have bad understeer
