i was just wondering if it is possible to replace the rotors without bleeding the lines again.

yep lines only need to be bled when changing fluid or removing the banjo bolt on the caliper, if you are swapping the rotors out you can just hang the caliper off the springs with some heavy duty wire, make sure you are careful with the brake line and dont kink it.......

yep, and if you are replacing the pads too use a big ole c clamp and the old brake pad to push the piston back so the new pads fit on the rotor. oh and you should take the cap off the brake fluid resevoir in the engine bay while you push the piston back. take it kinda slow so it doesnt overflow.

Am I wrong, or is there a nut on the calliper to loosen as well... ABS? So that when you C-Clamp the piston back... *trying to recall how I did it while painting & replacing pads...* Either way though, make sure that you close it off - if you're doing that - prior to taking any pressure off the piston: you'll get air bubbles in the lines, and that's poopty.
