I was really dumb for some reason and decided to clean out my injectors with that crappy fuel injector cleaner. Needless to say, now my car does not run very well. Sometimes it stutters really bad when accelerating, sometimes when just driving at the same speed. Has anyone else messed up their car with injector cleaner? Does anyone know where would be a good place to start to get it fixed?

Are you sure that's the problem?
I had this problem and it turned out in was the plugs misfiring, I also replaced the fuel filter.
Since then my fuel pump broke, costing me over $500 to fix :( and now my ses light is on but that is because of my downstream o2 which isn't reading right due to the 3" cat I have. On hard accel, the fuel will cut out becuase the PCM is getting confused.
The 2 o2's read the same, everything's cool, but if one reads a lot differant that the other, it will dump too much fuel or not enough. At idel, you can smell the fuel, at WOT while cruising, it cuts out big time, then picks back up. It feels like the tranny doesn't shift right, but if that was the case with my car, the motor would rev, and hit the next gear hard.
When I get my RSM heads, I'm redoing the entire exhaust anyway
Hope I helped you out and didn't mean to whore your thread

Well, it happened a few days after I had the plugs changed, but it was running fine until I dumped in the injector cleaner. I was told it could be a throttle position sensor.

check your fuel filter, what kinda plugs did you use? what kinda fuel cleaner?........and what another said you could just have gotten a bad batch of gas.......in order id change the fuel filter, maybe different plugs, after that maybe a profession fuel clean job, fuel pump.......but id try the fuel filter first......

I used the platinum plugs they sell at wal-mart, I can't remember what kind of injector cleaner just something I picked up at the mini-mart. I've ran through 4 or 5 tanks of gas in the last week and a half so I doubt it's bad gas. I'm going to start at the fuel filter and work my way towards the more expensive stuff I guess.
The fuel filter is kind of under the car in the back, by the gas tank or spare tire well.
