Does it brake the front wheels at all?

No. That's what the parking brake is for.

Ok maybe my terminology is wrong. The lever beside the seat does that brake the front wheels at all?

Emergency or parking break (whatever you want to call it) doesn't break the front...just the rear.

Yeah I think it's a drum in rotor set up. Just locks in the rear wheels so they wont turn while your parked or helps you drift in the snow :D

Nah, there's no extra brake just for the emergency brake... it just clamps the rear discs (or drums if you have those).
And fun drifting through the snow indeed

There's a small drum in the rear rotor along with the rear discs, the e brake pushes on the drums

Yep there is two sets of barke pads on the rear rotors, one on the outside of the hub and then the caliper itself and the one on the outside of the hub makes it a pain to change the rear rotor.
