i have got mine figured out instead of it being a window air leak after getting it checked out a few time .
i found out that the little metal strip that the rubber molding /weather stripping connects to was bent .
so if anyone has this problem still lift up the molding off of the little metal strip back closest to the little rear window and check if it is bent in a little then use a rubber mallet and hammer it until it goes back in place .
you will notict that the door closes a lot tighter .
