Where would be the best place in a turbo car to put the blow off valve....closer to the throttle body or to the turbo? or does it even matter?

I'm not getting a kit...i'm getting all seperate parts..sort of a "custom kit" if you will. I'll be running a T3 at 6-7 psi for now until i have the funds for forged internals and other components required to run higher boost. i've done months of research to find out what to use and what works best. I'm goin for at least 75 horses too. I kinda figured it didnt matter where the BOV went...as long as its after the turbo and before the TB...unless there's a better way, then someone can correct me. and the carbon fiber dash kit i actually got off ebay. i forget how much but its really good quality and easy to install.
