the dome itself was painless, just making sure the connections were on tight and keeping them clear of crossing over

i changed it out for the normal 211-2 for now tho, until i get some white led's

Look here before you go to all the trouble to wire in seperate leds.

I spent 50cents for my gel sleave, which faded after about 6 months

hmmm, but those dome led's that Screamin Eagle posted, would they work? our dome lights are fuses, i know that much... but would you still be able to just plug em in? or would there be extra wiring involved?

The ones that Eagle posted will work, Sno. Wait till the pictures load on that page, and you'll see. The festoons are set up just like our dome light bulbs. ( Although I'm not sure how bright they are ) If they're as bright as Brim's dual led setup, I think they're totally worth the money. His setup looks sweet.

I have the festoon white LED dome lights. they're actually a lot brighter than the blue ones brim posted and they plug right in with no problems. absolutely worth the money. I'll snap some pics later tonight when the sun goes down.

They are pretty bright I guess you could say. In mine there are 6 smaller leds. And yes they do work.

Don't quote me on this, but if I had to take a guess, based on what Brim said and the info on that web page, I'd say the 44mm, 1-3/4" , 9 led festoon. B)

 that is pretty bright, I am also thinking of putting the two in the rear view mirror, just cuz those gel slip on things that i got are more teal than blue blue, so they don't really match my cathodes... but yes, thanks for the pics

yeah i would suggest also replacing the two in the mirror. it makes everything match and brightens up the whole car..not just the center from the middle dome light.

That looks really nice, where did you get that reflective material from?
