Okay...I briefly asked this before in my post about my gauge pillar that I installed but I want more input. My A/F ratio gauge NEVER stays constant...it bounces from lean to stoich all the time...back and forth..like a million miles per hour...it is sooooo annoying. The only time I get a steady read from my gauge is under WOT and it reads in the rich area. I have the purple wire from the gauge hooked up to the purple wire off the o2 sensor right behind the coil packs (in the center behind the motor)....if anyone else can either verify that that's how it's supposed to be or let me know wtf is wrong, that'd be great...thanks.

Yeah you have it hooked up right. It will always bounce around on a EFI car.
Take out the purple wire and it will read all the way rich. Talk about annoying, esp at night :o

it can be annoying but you get use to it.

Yep, mine does the same thing, you just have to get used to it. You'll notice it doesn't move at WOT, so just stay there all the time. :D

yea, it's pretty much a useless gauge, i dont even know if i trust it.... even running lean why wouldnt it bounce around?
