Help Needed Asap!!!!!

Alright guys, me and my buddies decided last night to detail my car and suck, well I detailed it and my friends watched, I popped the hood to check the fluids and such, and one of my friends noticed that lovely lower intake leak. I finally bit the bullet and decided to do it with my other friend that is a mechanic, er, was a mechanic for three years. Now we are getting to the putting the engine back together and I need the torque specs on everything, yesterday kind of quick. We started at 3.30 am and it is now 9.30 am my time and that includes an hour of going to get the parts and half an hour searching on here for those torque specs, I need the torque specs for everything involved, and time is of the essence, I need sleep as does my friend and we want to get this sob done.

lower intake bolts are 115 in lbs, upper are 18 ft lbs. rocker arms are 138 in lbs plus a 30 degrees.

Thanks, plus just as I hit refresh, my friend called the dealer he worked for 3 years at and got the specs too, so thanks anyway, you guys are dependable, I'll give ya that. I can't wait to get this done, plus I have cleaned the throttle body, which was gunked a bit, and just about every other part that came off. My car should be running great after this. :D
