Smoked Clear Corners

Yeah, I couldn't find this by searching for it and I remeber a while back someone who would make these for you but I was wonder if anyone could explain to me how to smoke the clear corners on the headlights. I have a black Alero and I think it looks 80 times better smoking the corners than just clearing them.

I think most people just use spray tint? from what I have seen posted.
