lot of us do. It's just a regular wai. And it's better than stock. Sound and performance.

how does it compair to the AEM ???

Grouch

dunno. It should be the same as they are both wai's. All it is is a pipe and a filter. Can't recall if the AEM has a KN filter or not. Either way, I got my intake from Procarparts too without the KN and have since added one.

Just don't think there is going to be any noticalbe differences in wai's no matter generic or brand name.

Mine was a tight fit where the battery is but I bought a new cable for the battery and now it's fine. Other than that, it was easy.

install yes. Taking some of the old crap out is another story. lol (bottom half of the intake tubing in the wheelwell)

Are you talking about the stock stuff

Yes, there is a large intake snorkel/resonator in the wheelwell, its huge, and quite the pain in the rump to take out. But, once you do, you will be filled with quite the sense of accomplishment.

easiest i found was to remove the bumper and you have to break the clips that hold that damn thing in. i think there is a couple screws too

ok..whenever the rain stops, i'll take off the bumper and see if i can rip that thing off...whats the biggest concern with it? just dead weight basically?

Did you buy the intake? I should have posted sooner since I own that exact intake except I Have a APC filter. It went together real easy, you can tell that I did paint the intake blue which was easy also.

I dont know if Im up to brakeing any thing just to get that poop out.
I think Ill just take out the stock box & what ever else I can get off with out trying to break any thing.

If I have to leave any thing in it probably wont matter to much "after all its just plastic'' It cant be that heavy ;)
