Due to unfortunate circumstances my bleoved jeep was taken from me. We will not get into details. :wah:

It has been a long year of mourning when I finally decided to "Buy back" my credit. Purchasing a wholesale used Alero was my only decent option.

So thats what I got. And its pretty sweet for something that a 1.5 years ago I woulda pointed and laughed at the driver calling him/her a portable RTI ramp as I drove by flinging mud from my 33's all over the place.

Now..Im sitting on the other side of the fence.. not having a clue as how to personalize a sport compact.

Any hints, what are good alero mods and places to purchase them?

Go to www.aleroupgrades.com u will find everything u need. As far a modding it, figure a way u wanna go, performance, apperance, or whatever and then go from there. Most start with cold air intake, exhaust, tinted windows, wheels, or lowering springs.

Wait, what.. you lower your vehicles? LOL
Thats like totally different thinking for me. LOL

Minor performance, make it a little snazzier looking, upgrade the interior look.

I have a Silver GLS... with some of the options that are on the GLX..I think thats the call sign for the highest model.

Pretty sweet ride..not used to all those buttons and what not.

I am going to go to the alerouprgrade.com site now.

^^Y'know...you could do things a bit different and raise your Alero up 6 inches or so...and toss on some fat mudders...hmmm.. Idea.

go with some tint, exhaust, and clear your headlights.
