My leather coats black dye bled onto the cars tan interior. My arm rest is the worst. It has a very large black area dyed onto it. The door vinyl and leather seats have a faint amount as well. I tried armoral vinly and leather cleaner. Neither one did a thing to remove it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of the dye. I was also curious as to what made it bleed. I have had the coat for nearly four years now and never had this problem. I am guessing that lack of conditioning may be part of it. Thanks for any suggestions.
Dude that sux man I am sorry to hear it. I am guessing you have leather considering the cleaners you used. If so you might be able to steam the leather a little since it is porous otherwise I would ask a leather cleaning service company or a dry cleaners that cleans leather.

Super Clean. You can get it at walmart in the auto area for about 4.50 a big jug. Works great on rims and on carpet stains that won't come out. Used it on my leather seats last year and it cleaned them so well they look brand new. Just be carfull when using it.

Thanks for the suggestions. Luckily the leather only has a faint stain on the seat. The vinyl on the door and the arm rest are the worst. Since the arm rest is plastic harsher cleaners should be ok.
