not really a product review, but a website review. i made 2 orders from this site

http://www.exhaustproslinc.com/index.html

1 order was for a catalytic convertor (95 dodge ram, work truck) and a 3" exhaust tip

the other order, about 2 weeks later was for a magnaflow muffler, and another exhaust tip

well after getting both tips, they're different. you can tell they are the "same" but have a different overall look to them. so i called them and told them what happened, and they said they'd call me back. 1 hour later, they call back and said something to the effect "hi, i found out the problem, it seems magnaflow switched there makers of there tips about 6 months back, and you got 1 of each style because you ordered them at different times. we shipped out 2 tips via ups today, from our sioux falls location and put a special not to make sure they are the same style. you should be getting them hopefully tomorrow, please just have the exhaust tips packaged up in a box so they can be shipped back, the ups guy will have a label for the pre-paid shipping"

there was no arguing about paying shipping costs or anything, it technically wasn't there fault, but there eating the shipping costs.

to top it off, they are by far the cheapest seller of magnaflow, borla, and other brand products.

and to really top it off, i ordered them monday at noon, and they were here weds.....THATS FAST

you guys know i dont work for them, just saying if you need a place for exhaust stuff thats cheap and awesome customer service, go there

btw, they have a coupon, "hhpsale" for 5% off any order over a $100, or "magship" for free shipping on any magnaflow muffler + whatever else

they sell the ones that bolt right up, but i went the cheaper route, got a universal cat and had it welded in. total cost was about 160. the cat was bad, the place that originally quoted the repair was somewhere around 900 hundred, rediculous
