How do u guys feel about a Spring PA, NJ Del Meet?

What do you guys think about having a meet in PA, for the surrounding areas, like NJ and Deleware ? Like on a Saturday or something, would be sweet !! What do you guys think, and where would be a cool idea. I am thinking somewhere around the Philly area, like on the Suburbs of Philly. So its close enough for NJ and Del ??

Englishtown had an event last year called "Street Wars" They had 4 of them over the course of year.

If they have it again this year I suggest setting something up then. It's pretty cool and a lot of fun.

Street Wars is fine but not worth us getting involved as an associate sponsor. The Olds events are our primary target there this season. If a small group wants to meet down there informally for the Street Wars and watch or compete, that's fine. The whole purpose of a formal meet is to (a.) get a whole group of us together, and (b.) promote the website and the Alero Chapter of OCA; so we have to plan carefully where we're putting our resources and planning our calendars.

Also, just as an FYI... I used to work for RP for 4 years as a track official and in their main office, and I worked directly for NHRA at the Nationals and Division 1 meets there for 10 years. From 1987-1990 and again from 1997-present, I've raced there regularly in their Sunoco Super Challange Points Series. This all gives me a better understanding of what works there and what doesn't.

Yeah an offical Alero meet in the area would be great, would be better if we were near a track also.
