Chances are you'll have to take apart your headlights and dry out the moisture. Then re seal them better.
I've got red corner bulbs(194)

there are air holes in the back of the head lights and you can take the turn bulbs out to open them up and i did dry them that way but they fogged up again. anyone have any more ideas??

do what you are doing, take all the bulbs out, go at the inside of the holes pretty good with a hair dryer until you see no moisture and then go around the edges with some silicone to seal up anything you missed....

take out the headlights and use the hair dryer Just like Bigd6983 said use lots of silicone along the edge every where Don't miss any spot should work out then

i think those lights alternate with ur turn signals i thought.......and that they are constantly on but light up brighter when the turning signal is applied......
