Hi, I'm from Andy's Auto Sport where we just released a new body kit for the Alero. You can see pictures at the following link:

http://www.andysautosport.com/oldsmobile/9...erokatokit.html (http://www.andysautosport.com/oldsmobile/99_upalerokatokit.html)

We are going to begin making the molds for the kit, and it is expected to begin shipping in 3 to 4 weeks. In the meantime, we are offering it for a discounted "pre-order price".

Please let us know if there are any questions about the kit. We are certainly happy to help in any way we can.

in regards to your question 99blackalero. You lose the lower half of the the plactic. Meaning, that from the bottom of the front rebar down. You have to remember that the kit is lower than OEM bumpers. But in some cases you may not neeed to remove the for lights, because they are well place behind the vents. This will inable you to just remove the bottom flap of plastic on the car. This kit uses the same mounting points of the OEM bumper. Hope that answers your question.
<!--QuoteBegin-"ericfromandys"
it should bolt on using the same stock bolts, the side skirts need to be screwed into the side of the wheel well. you just need to drill the holes where the bolts go.
My first plan was to go with andy's front and sides and razzi rear. But now since I'm getting sponsored, i'm gonna roll the andy's rear. and i arreddy sold my razzi kit. But i'll take pics at the same angles that i have now, so it won't be hard for me to photoshop in the razzi rear

Love the kit. The *** kit finally has some competition. And so far this one is way ahead with the awesome low price (if it lasts).

preorder price doesn't last long, but anyone that keeps up with andy's can tell u taht they have sales on kits all dee time. So if u miss the low price now, it will be on sale again in teh future. andy's does that alot

i like the front but not the rear. I might just order the front to replace the Razzi Front on my car?

No offense to anybody...but that is one ugly body kit. It looks exactly like the one for the grand am. It doesnt even blend with the alero's body lines. And what's with the random holes in the bumpers?? The price is nice, but you get what you pay for. Just my 2 cents.

Some people like it, some others don't. For me, I think it's good that another kit for the Alero is out. :)

Every body kit company takes the deisgn of what they already make, and just alters it to fit the Alero. The only kit that is specific only for the Alero is Razzi. The other choices (and future choices most likely) will be based off kit designs that are already made. It is much cheaper that way, and companies are not willing to invest large dollars into the development of a brand new kit for us.

Razzi is a add on kit. A true body kit replaces the bumpers. If you like the stock look razzi is the way to go. If you want a different look, then andy's, A.E.D., or anything else is the way to go.

here`s my 2 cents:any body kit plastic or fiberglass a body man doin a install will make it fit
body kits to me don`t do it for me personally, you talk of the *** kit seein this kit up close it needs work the molds are decent but needs to be fit and cut and shaped to fit the car right
the only kit that makes the alero look so good is the osv kit nothing else
that`s the only kit that would ever be installed by me on my car
havin a custom car is great!!! but being subtle about it and not in ur face with it is even better
i guess iam just bablin but it`s my opinion why not take the stock bumpers and fill in the body line one smooth bumper would look fantastic!!!
not this huge honda wing and holes every where in the bumpers, and to some guys that`s fine for them, look at the street rod that won the riddler award
nothin fancy about that car the body work is all factory out side interior leather nothing fancy that`s what wins being subtle
this is just my 2 cents
like it or hate

I like the kit, mainly becuase it is new I think. Something I haven't seen a million times over. If I was in the market to purchase a kit, I think I would go with that one.
Just my opinion.

I like it but the new kit. The front does look a lot like a GrandAm but the back end looks better I think than the back end on the *** kit. The front end of the *** kit I think is better than this new kits front end. Looks cleaner I think with still giving the flare of ground effects. Anyway, just my opinion as well. I want to get a kit also but just don't know which way to go yet.
