Aligment or tire balance issues

or bad tie rod end. Mine was shaking excessively at highway speeds, so I had my tires balanced and car aligned. It still shook, so I started looking around and found a tie rod end loose. I had to replace it to fix the problem.

Thats doubtful bc the kinda shaking I'm feeling I've experienced before in less-taken-care-of cars, older models, so I guess its something that eventually happens.

If you turn your front wheel so that you can get around to the back of the hub, it will make it easier. The tie rod end meets the back of the hub kind of right next to the strut mounts. There is a rubber bushing and bolt going through it from the top. Wiggle the bar coming off of that. If that is loose, then your tie rod end is bad.
