I know its a long shot, so here it goes...

It's that time again. MyMonte.com is well on the way to getting our yearly national meet going. As usual we are inviting all sorts of makes and models. Like last year we are renting out US-41 in Indiania for the entire day for racing and show. There are more classes and more prizes this year. Also for more competiton on the race track we have opened up the engine classes to all W-Bodies and some other classes for other makes and models, so there will be plenty of people to race and show aginst this year.

When: July 15th-17th (Race and Show on the 16th)

Where: Merrillville, IN

Track: US41 Moroco, In http://www.us41dragway.com/

Fee Schedule:

Pre-Registration: *$30 Track Fee PER DRIVER w/ Free Show and 1 Free Guest
Day of Show: $45 Track Fee w/ Free Show and 1 Free Guest
Show Only: $15
Additional and Non-Driver Guests: $10

Aside from the track we have tons planned, for more information and maps check out the post on MyMonte.com:

anyone can join in, we are not closed minded about who comes. as long as they are pre registered or we know about it before hand.

for example, a couple alero guys and a couple former alero guys and buddies want to come and race to, thats fine.

showing up at the gate, with 12 other imports, dont expect me to let you in and race.

we are renting the track out for us, it is not open to the public.

oh, no doubt.... no rice here.... dont associate with anyone like that... just a few other clean dubs, and my roommate in his crappy talon.

if anyone came it would be my roommate, and maybe stephanie (hottie in an r32) but of course we would all pre-register.

better bring some fast monte's to represent the american crowd... dont want any german cars dominating out there.... hopefully by july i'll be running alot faster than stephanie, and i can rub it in her face.

if anyone can make it, it might be a 2 hour trip, or 3 hours or whatever, im driving 10 hours lol.

but then again, i am organizing the event.

last year was a blast! you could race as much as you wanted, we had the track open from 9am to 4pm. some people got in as many as 30+ runs.

we had some grand prixs, older lumina's, a couple imports, a few 12 sec cars, an 11 second monte, and DHP should be there just like last year.

so if you have ever wanted to get a DHP, he will probably be onsite doing those. i have to confirm with charles, but im pretty sure he will.

im down for giving some monte's a ass whooping.....if i can get a few mods! lol. when is it you have to register by? its a 8 hour drive for me, so im not sure.

also, let use know if dhp is going to be there. i cant seem to be able to get ahold of them. they charge the usually 220 for programing usually if they do it on spot at the meet?

also, lot of guys are saying after a reprogram the car shifts like slush untill it relearns your car, is that because there sending you a pcm off the shelf from someoneelses car, will that be the case if they do the programming on spot?

id ask dhp, but i cant get ahold of them.
