Just An Fyi Kinda Question?

i just happened to think... "where is the sensor that determines wether your drls are on, or actual headlights? (along with interior lights) i know its on the front of the car somewhere... but does anyone really know where specifically?

^---- That's the ACL sensor, I don't believe the DRL's don't have a senser ( I could be wrong ).... but yeah. For the most part, he's right.

From outside the car on the driver's side, lean over the driver's side fender and look through the windshield down through the end of the defroster vent behind the steering wheel. You'll see the light sensor looking up @ you. It's roughly the size of a pencil eraser, and is mounted in a grommet about the size of a dime, maybe a little smaller.

ah, sweet. just wanted to know in case i ever needed to find it for some odd reason.

it was one of those thoughts you get when your driving somewhere and a storm quickly rolls in, it gets dark and your lights kick on w/ your interior lights. (have my vents wired to that as well as cubby UV Led's) so i get some "mood" lighting when that sensor goes off.... :lol:
