I WANT TO DIE THE DASH ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT IT OR HAVE DONE IT


A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE DOIN IT ON VW VORTEX JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE ON OUR CARS

Should work fine with Dupli-Color brand vinyl and fabric dye if I'm not mistaken. Check to see if there is a sealer or primer of some sort that is recommended first.

Also, before applying anything to the surface, make sure it is cleaned thoroughly with a no-residue cleaner...I found alcohol works great for removing remnants of Armor-all and stuff that would otherwise hamper adhesion.

If you are coloring smaller removable pieces, some may recommend that they be heated SLIGHTLY before applying to make the material more porous and absorbing.

If anyone else out there has better info than I can provide, by all means >8)
