Where Can I Get This Part??

I need to know what this part is called, and where and if I can get it. Or am I going to have to have a shop pull it back into place....

here is a bigger view of it. It's spot welded onto the frame, so it's going to be PITA.

or a big mallet. Though, slidehammer sounds like the best option for getting that back in place.

It's called front bumper "impact bar". Cost new about $200.00. GM part# 022652359. About $150.00 from GM Parts Direct, & thats including S&H.

i think what doubleO was saying is take it off, bend it strait then spot weld some rebar on it, it will be stronger then when it was new, and cost less

rebar like someone said is what they use inside concrete to give it more strength. super cheap at home depot, 2 bars and your set

rebar at home depot is like $5 for a 10 foot piece, one should do ya. get the half inch or bigger stuff, its sooo strong. sorry but i work concrete so gotta add in stuff when i know about it. lol. as to fixing that use the universal solution BFH and duct tape.

yeah rebar is for concrete we bought a bunch when we built are new house, 2 peices I guess you mean small pieces becuase the stuff we got was 18 feet long.

Alright, I didn't need to buy a new one, my dad and I thought we would try to fix atleast, before we spent $200 on a new one, so this is what we did.
First we got a slide hammer, and drilled some holes and popped it out somewaht, but nowhere where it needed to be.
So we backed up a trailor and hitched it to my dads Tacoma, connected a pull along to the trailor and to the impact bar, and than put 4x4's on jackstands so they rested on the edges of the impact bar, than started using the come along to crank it back into place!!
IT wasn't pretty, but I got the impact cussion on and it's pretty straight, I won't know if it's straight enough until I get the new bumper in and test fit it, it's just a little warped, but we might end up drilling out the spot welds and just perfecting it off of the car to make sure it fits.
Now I got to JB weld the headlight brackets together, save some money there, and put it all back together!
