anyone know how to do an EGR bypass? or has anyone done it even?

i just pulled my off but you do have to reprogram the pcm basicaly delete the code for it easy to do if you have a tuner

hmmm so if or when i get a DHP PCM i can tell them to delete the EGR code? what did you notice with the EGR gone?

What is does is recycle exhaust back into the motor to reduce emissions. If emissions are not an issue in TN, you could do. It will just allow the exhaust to exit without being recycled.

Be sure to check. Sometimes state and local/county/city emissions are different levels of strictness.

Also, expect to lose 1-2MPG of fuel mileage.

depends on the performance gains. if there is little to no difference then i wont do it

and ken, lol i know what an EGR is, hell its a abbreviation, not hard to figure out lol :lol: . in your face Ken!

also the EGR is electronically controlled, so you cant just unplug the pipe. <_<
