Unwanted Gaps!

not too long ago i went to Best Buy and got a phat system installed....the GM cd player installation kit had to be ordered but there is a small gap above the face of the cd player....i can see the frame of the player, not really helping the looks of my dash at all...any suggestions?

i would get some pics in for ya, but i don't have my digital camara yet! :cry:

in the installation kit, if it has the little flat rectangular piece that covers the hole if you don't use a equalizer, you can use that. Kind of hard to describe. On my kit there is a hole for an equalizer and if you don't use one, there is a flat panel that fills the gap. I dremeled it off to the right size and slid it on top of my deck so that it looks black. Worked alot better than I thought it would.
