Redog & Daytona Head To The Track (part 2)

It's still raining at my house but the track says they're dry and ready to go. Daylight Savings time screwed me up this morning and now I'm going to be a little late (I'm eating breakfast as I post so I don't pass out down there from hunger).

I'm currently #2 in points and hope to at least keep my position if not move into 1st place.

Ken will delight you all with his updates later when we get back from Raceway Park.

I didn't go. I figured it was going to rain all day so I juts looked at houses. Worked out good :thumb:

^I called you on my way down but never heard back from you. Not that you missed anything.

I sat in freezing rain from 9:30 til 2 before we got called into the lanes for our only time shot. 45 minutes and 2 more rains later we finally got to run and they made me roll through water (outside the water box) to get to the starting line and I couldn't burn off the water fast enough. I spun off the line, which shot my 60', ET, & MPH all off so it would've been guess work as to my 1st round dial if they hadn't called off the racing 30 minutes later.

The tech stub now counts as a rain ticket.

The weather caused my cold to get worse. And I wasted half a day. But of course you knew I couldn't afford possibly missing out on a points race if they indeed were to run us first round.

That sucks.

I can't afford to miss a day either but I did. I was pissed all day yesterday, now I feel better.

I'm in 5th place damnnit (6 way tie) and I wanna stay there :angry:
