Help Molding Coming Up.

not even sure if you'd call it the molding but i'm gonna attach th AOTM picture with a circle around where the piece is coming up from...I can push it down but it pops back up. Any way I can fix this. I apologize in advance fo using the AOTM car ..just couldn't find any better pictures of that area.
