Sunroof Switch And Doom Light Bezel

so... trying to paint my interior and i come to the bezel around my automatic sunroof, behind the switch their is some sort of metal piece, where should i pry from? above the metal plate taking the metal out with the bezel or should i seperate the metal and the plastic?

the doom light mount thing has a screw holding it up correct? how do i get it off?

if u have the sunroof the dome light should be held up by a black bracket with 4 tabs to click in place.

and sunroof switch trim.. just pull it out .. the metal tab bracket will bend out (nothing you can do to keep it from happening) .. then when the whole thing is out.. pull out the metal tab bracket and put it back on the headliner.
