Finally Got My New Rims...

finally ordered my rims... here they are :)

I will post them on my car when i put them on :)

i was going to get those but then opted for the RS6's...I thought these had too many spokes.

i think it looks better with more spokes when the car is moving :) thats just me though. I actually found a place by my house that sells these rims and they have carbon fiber coveres for the centers. normally i could only find them in blue red and yellow. but these are carbon fiber :) don't know if ill get the covers though. however they look pretty nice. im gonna wait till my car is finished to do anything else.

They aren't ugly... i just don't know if i'd opt with that look. those strike me as belonging on a street racer.. or an accord... not my choice tho... some people say the same things about my graphics... so cheers! :beerchug:

in my opinion chrome rims are tastless. you opt to choose for the luxery "rapper pimp look" (if you like that look then why don't u get an escalade with 24's on it or something. big spoked chrome rims look tacky on a car, and don't turn many heads. too many people with chrome these days) lol and i go for performance import racing look. two different styles. and to you they are ugly but to me they are beautiful and very clean looking :)

I do prefer chrome rims, not because I am some wannabe rapper though I just think they look nicer especially on a black car (like mine).

We choose Chrome cuz those who have invested some time and money in painting, shaving, lowering, tinting; just don't want regular alloy rims, that would be stupid and a waste of money by painting lowering and shaving, aslo a slap in the face. those rims are nice, i have similar, mine are motegi chrome mr7s..they are tizzzzight. I wish i would have gotten somethingt with a dish, but i got them for a steal. but dude, go with chrome, if you want to turn heads. if not you can just stick with stocks, cuz for me to spend that much money on rims that no one really can notice, is just dumb. but thats just me..i like the bling bling ching ching. IMO!!! dont rip my damn head off please. hahaha

There's nothing wrong with those rims, KK. Those are kinda modest for standing out in a crowd, but if you just wanted an upgrade from stock and most importantly, YOU LIKE THEM, that 's all that matters. Hey, I got my Al back in '00 and i'm still rolling on stockers.

I like that those types of rims. Whether to have chrome or not, it depends on what else has been done. I think the chrome look is best on an alero sitting really low, but those are tight if youre not taking the plunge.

i aint a rapper or a thug(maybe someday tho... LOL JK :P) and im putting some chromies on my black coupe with wider spokes and mMmmmm she's gonna look DAMN fine! ;)

but i like those rims u got! they'll look nice :)

first of all, good luck with your project...but please don't put ppl in categories...saying that ppl are going for the "rapper pimp look" just because we have chrome rims is immature..and saying that chrome doesn't turn heads is even worse...i'm sorry, but no matter where i go, i've got lots of ppl lookin at my car...from right young, right up to the older generations...
