never heard of your "speed chip" if your asking if anyone has "chiped" their aleros, the awnser is yes, not the eco's that i know of. There isnt really a chip persay... but you can get the ecu reflashed, to remap the fuel/spark curve raise speed limiter etc, but to my knowladge it hasnt been done yet.
