Hello everyone...the name is Louie and you can find most of my info in the "Getting to Know People" forum. I just purchased my Alero about 3 weeks ago. It's a 2002 4 door GLS with the ecotec engine...so far I've managed to put my CD player in it, and I've tinted my windows 20% on the back and 35% all around...I've removed all the badging from the back of it...future plans include finishing the installation of my stereo, air intake, exhaust header, some 17 or even 18" rims, and hoping to do the *** Body Kit...that kind of explains everything right now...if you have any questions let me know.
Post edited due to word filters. If you have any questions as to why the body kit you may be getting is filtered, please see this thread. (http://invision.aleromod.com/index.php?showtopic=1445) Thank you.

I'm sorry about the mixup...I have the GL package...as for where I'm located...in Central Minnesota...near St. Cloud...and as for the sound system...so far I've got 3 bulk packs of dynamat extreme (109 square feet), 3 x 10" alpine type r subs, 3 alpine v12 mrd-m300 mono amps to run the subs, an alpine cda-9827 head unit, the sirrus alpine adapter, the ipod adapter, a jbl power series px300.4 amp to run my mids and highs, and a set of jbl 608gti 6.5" components which is all waiting to be installed...I forgot to mention that I've got a set of gauges coming from speedhut as well and I plan on painting various trim pieces too...hope that sums everything up...any other questions? and thanks for the welcome

we really need to get a minnesota meet going i am in southern minnesota during the summers and in grand forks nd for school but there are mn aleros popping up all over. good choice on the alpines ive got 2 12" type r's and 2 mrd 500's powering them i love it but am too lazy to figure out all the little tricks and tunes of the amps so maybe when i am in your area on the way to school i could stop by if you figure yours out. pm me if you need anything us minnesotans gotta stick together.

I will most definately do that...I'm just waiting to get everything before tearing apart my entire car...obviously it isn't going to be a single weekend project, and I'm actually hoping that I can get started on the box this weekend.
