Hows it going,
I've been reading these forums for a few days now, and finally decided to post!
I've got an 02 bright red alero. 4 dr, 3.4L, power everything, inc. driver seat, rear spoiler, has a great sound system (premium?) and 15" aluminum wheels, with Harmony all seasons on them.

Basically I've come to the conclusion I need some summer rims. Living up in Canada, the salt really beat mine, they've stained yellowish...and just look like crap. I think Im going gunmetal, 17"...18" not really sure, dosent really matter to me. Money is a huge issue, again...Canada, everything is real expensive. so...I need to look for a 5/115 bolt pattern, and shouldnt go over 7.5" wide, correct?
Anybody have any hookups or sites with good deals? going on 19, university this year, I cant afford 1500 for wheels and tires
ANY PICS OF ALEROS *preferably bright red* with gunmetal rims would be appreciated! :beerchug:

Here's mine, these rims do come in gunmetal. I had the polished 16" rims but bent one up so I got these.

$550 for the set with the lugs from tirerack.com

only problem with tirerrack for us canucks is that UPS is a bunch of wankers. Not only do we have to pay for shipping but they charge a brokerage free, which is negative billing, and is a rediculous cost. For canadians look at 1010 tires, good price and they are owned and operated in BC.

Lovin those rims, redog! Are they 16 or 17's? They look nice on the red.

I am curious. What benefit is there in buying rims or tires off the web. You still pay shipping, balance and alignment. Most of the prices I have seen (before shipping) were only about fifteen under a shop fully installed.
