you still should not have to much of a problem hardest part is getting the wires and stuff through the fire wall and up to the A-Pillar

most of them come with instructions so you should be alright. What kind of gauges?

PFYC sells a plug with an extra wire sticking off of it to make it even easier to install

ya real easy to hook up air'fuel if you have that pigtail, but i think they come with these little wire splice in clips that you just pop on the right wires. If not you can buy the wire clip ins everywhere for $2. i have the autometer cobolt series ones from SmokinAMD and they're a real sweet blue colour, match my interior lights real well.
For all the guages you have to have a power source for the blue lighting (they recommend the variable lights that illuminate your dash at night. You get this by popping out the little plastic piece that has your dashbrightness dial on it and splicing after the dial). You run the ground wires for the guages to any part of the frame, i used the same screw that all the rest of the electrical system grounds to right inside the drivers side fuse panel). Then the tricky part is running the wires through your firewall (but you said you have that covered), and splicing into the correct wire on our car, depending on your year/model.

thanks. that will help me a lot.

For what its worth, I would NOT use those splice on clips. Not only are they a pain to actually use, but they also make for terrible connections IF you are lucky enough to make a decent connection with them. Best to snip and solder.

Cheers,
Landon

i haven't had any problems with my clips. soldering works well but corrodes alot easier. Someone on the site recommended just using marretts if your gonna splice at all.

just get a voltmeter, and check when you move the dial if the voltage goes up/down
