@brsexton: I think you're right. The car was produced 2002 but the year when you buy the new car at the car dealer is so-called manufacture year.

I'm from Vienna. Do you've already visited it? Last year I would like to do a trip to Basel but sadly it fall through.

no, i have never been to vienna before. - not that i wouldnt like to. hey if you cever ome to basel then tell me, i can show you around. besides i know some nice locatins for a double photo shooting for aleros hehehe

Nope, its legal to drive a "foreign" car in europe. I pay my US taxes every year but have my insurance in Croatia. ;) Police look at me weird but they get used to it cause of all the turists with even wierder plates.

I have the Olds' symbols but on the rear side I have a chevrolet writing. I have considered to remove it, since these little Korean cars use the name. :blush: I would show you some pics but my computer at home has broken down last week. The pics on my homepage are before my bumper was changed.
@Ronin: I think we'll find a nice loaction because any location with 3 or 4 Alero's is nice. :biggrin:
