anybody know of a program for the 2.4 5spd that is out there that my dealer could download and then upload through OBDII?

i've got a mech that is will to help me get into low 15's on the quarter, and a program would be big help.

that sucks...does GM offer anything? i thought i read sumthin that it could be done through gm, but maybe i'm mistaken
