Got a new set of headlights, thanks to SC/Alero, when i commense to disassembling them, i want to install the upgraded harnesses so i can use the 80w streetglow bulbs, but i cant find the link to the site that sells them, does anybody have that link?
i have 2 sets of everything i'm customizing so far, i ended up with 3 radio bezels, so i can experiment a little.

wait you need a link on how to dissasemble the headlights? or install the new bulb harness?
i think either one yo ucan do by your self. because its just a matter of clipping the positive and negetive, and splicing it to the new harness.

ok i got one fully disassembled, and instead of ordering a new internal harness, i'm gonna built it myself, 14 guage wire should hold up well.

well, headlight project just went to CRAP! used the wrong cleaner on the chrome inserts and lets just say parts arn't chrome anymore, so now i have to make a decision, color match paint silver, or professional rechrome?

i'm gonna get a price before i make a decision, if i can find my color touch-up paint in a spray can, i'll try that first.

Anybody know if these 194 matrix wedge (http://autolumination.com/194.htm) bulbs are direct replacements for the corner 194's or will they require the load adapters?

i dont know how much it runs, but dupont makes a chrome paint that actually looks like chrome well, 99%. I'm sure it's pricey though.

Yeah, those say to test before use on painted surfaces. I'm sure they'll come out allright. :thumb:
