Theres some really good deals on edgeracing.com on rim and tire packages but they dont have the alero listed. So what other cars have the same rim sizes as our cars??? and what exactly are those sizes so that i know for the future. Im sure that there is something about this already on here but i couldn't find it....so either link the post that it is in or let me know if you can help.

OK,
First off, it must come in 5 x 115mm (5 hole) Offset I'm not quite sure.
Comparable cars would be the same year malibu or grand am
Grand AM would be the most popular
Second off, what size rims are you looking for? WIll you have the clearance?
Anything over 18 you might need some adjustments.
Tire calculator (http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html)
Will help you find the correct tire size. your car either came with 215/60/15's or 225/50/16's.
Ordering a rim or tire without knowing the clearance is kinda risky.
I work in a tire shop, so I'll be ordering 18's, and play with the width a bit to see what has the best clearance. Good luck.
Tire calculator was mentioned in another post. I don't take credit for it. I just bookmarked, couldn't find which post I got it from...

I got mine used as well and they had 225/50/16 and I know on tire rack when looking for tires they have the stock size as 225/50/16

Nod, I pulled that from the computer at my tire shop.. 55's would work. But if you check that on the tire calculator, it would throw speed off slightly.
If you had a way to reprogram your chip, tire size wouldn't be a problem.

i recomend a 235 at least if you are going 18 so you dont scuff up the rims

You wouldnt have a problem going with 18's just because you have eibach's on it, but if you would rather have 17's than go for it.
I have some 18's for sell, but that is not the reason I said that.
