Does anyone know anybody that would do black vinyl emblems, that look exactly like the stock ones. I haven't been able to find anyone to do this in the big city of Little Rock Arkansas...lol.....i need the 'alero' and 'oldsmobile' off the trunk, and both emblems from the front cap and trunk. Please help me out

I can do this but i have NO TIME lol. In school me, my friend and my comm tech teach run a busniess outta school doing custom vinyl work for motorcycles, businesses, cars, school renovations, and we do some internet networking as well, and becausewe just got back into school, we are PACKED with projects so i wont be able to do this sorta extra thing for about 2 months or so :( Srry, anyways your price would be like 10 bucks plus shipping, its real cheap cause I do the labor and we dont charge labor for small projects just a lil more than it costs to get the materials. :-P

i am going to be replacing the alero and the oldsmobile words, and overlay the olds alero emblems with these vinyls, gets rid of the last bit of chrome on my car.......my car is silver and everything else is pretty much black, 5% window tint, tinted tails, and 18" black, with machined lip wheels

here's another idea...if all you want is black emblems, peel 'em off, and use spray tint or something along those lines, and stick 'em back...that'd work too wouldn't it?

use silicone. you'll need to use a little bit of tape to help out though.
1) put silicone on back of emblems
2) have a couple pieces of tape ready
3) put emblems on where you need them
4) hold them in place with the tape until the silicone dries, which is approximately 30 minutes to an hour.

3M makes an awesome trim adhesive, they sell it at walmart in the car section near the touch up paint usually.... it comes in a little tube, and it works great.
dont use silicone or anything else.

um, I used silicone on my front emblem and it's been on through extreme hot and cold weather for about 2 years...

It's not that it wont work. But I hope you never plan on trying to remove the emblem. Formula has the right idea...3M makes some great all-weather double sided tape that can be used.

yeah... go to a vinyl shop... i worked at one for a while... they have access to virtually any logo known to man... they can lay it out and plot it and make you a sticker for cheap... it's clean cut and it looks good... do that
