I don't think you can get them anywhere. Looks like someone took the paint off of them and put in some brighter leds. It is a good look and wouldn't be too hard to do yourself. Do you have a link to the cardomain where you found them?

thanks for clearing it up. As with all things, it takes time and patience.

my only clue would be to take them out (or find a decent junk yard set) take some paint thinner to them and clear them out. (if you can) then just wire some led's under them. The hard part would be getting leds that make them bright, but not over powering.

There's a how to on GAGT.com on these. Strip the paint/vinyl on the switches and wire up LED's underneath, pretty much though.

just to clear up, yes it can be done on an alero, the switches are clear plastic coated black.

paint thinner destroys plastic, so i'd recommend against that one.

just gently sand the black off the switches.
by "gently", I mean: don't use a dremel or any other power sanding tool, and use anything higher than 200 grit.

150 grit worked out nicely i put a link to my how-to up there ^
i like a little haze on them, if they're too clear, the light wont disperse right.

^ well, it's easy to mess up with coarse papers. you obviously are not a spaz.

Well Randy's got a point, Form....when ya write a how-to, ya gotta write it with the "moron modder" in mind...not everyone would take care in doing things right. I can just see someone really going to town on a set of those switches with the 150 grit, gouging the top off almost square......
" Well, he said to use 150, so....AAAARGH ! WTF? "
