Color match painted, 3 layers of clear, and reassembled(still have to reassemble the other one) i put one in place to check how it would look and here is a pic.

when you turn on the turn signal, the corner 194s should alternate with the turn signal bulbs, J BTW, the color looks great man, you're gonna love it. :thumb: Try a set of Jamstraight LED clusters for the corners instead of standard 194s. They stay clear, but light up amber. $6 @ Autozone.

why couldn't they just make the lights .25" bigger on the top and bottom? :wtf: i'd look soooo much better.

Looks nice. About that gap, it's not a gap, it's a bulge in the middle. I've read some people take care of it by using some sort of adhesive on the underside of the bumper cover & sticking it to the foam underneath, and in turn sticking the foam to the bumper. I plan to take care of mine some time, but I want to see someone else do it first, since I don't want to end up setting the airbag off or messing up the functionality of the airbags in the future - should I ever need them.

^^^actually mine is a gap, it is level under the hi/lo beam section and drops down under the turn signal section, i checked it earlier, i know the foam piece your talking about and mine is still attached, thr section further to the right has no foam below it so it is sagging down. i've got a fix in mind for it i just have to find the pieces i'm thinking about.

I know what you're saying, I thought that at first, too. But if you look at the curve of the bumper cover on the far right where it meets the fender... it's actually not sagging. If you stuff something under it, you'll bring it up even in the front, but it'll look pretty nasty from the side. It seems to me that the opening between the hood & bumper cover are just not the same shape as the headlights. I'd think the only way to really take care of it would be to change the corner of the bumper cover or to somehow adjust the entire headlight assembly to center the outside corner between the hood & bumper cover.

Mine has a bulge, but on the outer side, there is more space between the cover & headlight than there is toward the center of the car..

^^^^ i have pushed the corner of the bumper up by hand and the gap closes, the foam padding under the bumper cover is evenly attached to the bottom of the bumper cover, but there is no foam padding under the right side where it is sagging, i'm working on a fix for the sagging problem.

^ allrighty... yours looks the same as mine but I guess it's not since mine won't fix like that. Oh, well. Good luck with the fix you're planning.

Looks awesome man, but when you turn on the blinker, how is it going to look with the whole thing the same color. I want to do this, but not sure how...that looks good though!
