i had the same problem with both back tires if you can get the silver cap off the yellow nylon brushing underneeths is one size smaller then the silver cap can break those loose it shoudl come off but once you put it back on your gonna have to make sure you pop the silver covers back on really well.. the dealership i biught my car from f88ked up mine i had to break the driver side off casue the yellow brushing was melted to the lug nut i found out they used the air socket to tighten then covers when thier only suppoed to be finger tight... hope you dont have the same problem and hope that helps

yea how did you put them on? impact wrench? if so there is a chance you cross threaded them. might have to take a breaker bar to em.

chances are that you will end up breaking the stud, thats what happened with mine anyways. from what i hear they arent too hard to replace, dealership charged me like $50.

yea.. your new hub will have new lug studs included. So if u break em off now.. you'll have to replace em cuz u can't drive on 3.. 4 is ok to drive on, but 3 is too much of a risk especially our cars are heavy.

I'd say just wait.
